I attended the Florida Dysphagia Institute this past July and as of that
time, they had not completed the final draft. The following is a number
listed as the primary investigator of the Swal-QOL: Colleen A. McHorney,

Hi folks - Hoping someone out there can steer me in the correct direction
to obtain a copy of the final 44 item SWAL-QOL measure and the 15 item
SWAL-CARE measure. They are referenced in Dysphagia, Volume 15, 2000 but the
articles do not include the final version of the measure. Is this for sale
via a distributor or available to reprint from a journal? Thanks in advance
