[DYSPHAGIA] FEES Equipment estimate

Hello,

I am starting a proposal for a FEES equipment.  Does
any one have a rough estimate of what the equipment
would cost (including flexible encoscope, camera,
light source, monitor, recorder, and printer) in US
dollars?

Any sources of suppliers would also be greatly
appreciated.
