Have a lady who can chew regular meats (chicken, hamburger, roasts) but =
has trouble with peas, corn, green beans because the skins are =
"sticking" and resident removes the residue independently. Even =
"dysphagia soft" veggies and fruits (those that are soft enough for =
fork-mashed texture) cause her troubles, but she can still tackle that =
meat. Any thoughts here? No recent med changes, no other changes or =
concerns...thanks, bethany
