A patient of mine in a SNF c/o no saliva production since August, =
2001. She had sudden onset without any other symptoms. She is losing =
weight due to severe dysphagia. She c/o all food and liquids tasting =
'"funny". I am sending her for a MBS stat. The MDs are perplexed. She =
was admitted to the SNF with a Dx of debility. Any suggestions?=20
