A patient of mine in a SNF c/o no saliva production since August, 2001. She
had sudden onset without any other symptoms. She is losing weight due to
severe dysphagia. She c/o all food and liquids tasting '"funny". I am
sending her for a MBS stat. The MDs are perplexed. She was admitted to the
SNF with a Dx of debility. Any suggestions?
