[Dysphagia] billing for feeding evals

Hi - 
I work in a pediatric outpatient clinic and we are
trying our best to work with families and their
insurance companies in an effort to get our
evaluations covered.  Can anybody share what
evaluation codes are used to cover report writing time
for feeding evaluations in which language testing was
not conducted?  We find that the reimbursement rate
for the 92610 code does not cover our low charges for
feeding evaluations.

Additionally, what codes are being used to cover
report writing if developmental testing was not/could
not be conducted?
