[Dysphagia] FEES vs MBS cost effectiveness

Anyone out there aware of any literature (or have you
done your own research) regarding hospital costs vs
reimbursement for FEES vs MBS in the inpatient hosp.
setting (PPS system)?  I have done a decent search of
the literature and have found a few articles that have
addressed medicare reimbursement but I haven't found
anything that discusses hospital costs for each
procedure.
