[Dysphagia] outcome measures
Have you looked at the NOMS (national outcomes mesaurement system) that ASHA has? Our facility just instituted this system in place of the FIM/FAM.

Sorry for the slightly off topic post - my rehab (in- and outpatient)
facility is looking for a general outcome measure. The FIM is currently used
for inpatients, but the admins are interested in collecting data on
outpatients too. Anyone in rehab (or anywhere for that matter) use a good
tool that they would recommend? They are looking for something that can
measure how patients are actually functioning and the FIM does not provide
that information.
