	Not to get off the topic but does anyone have recommendations
for getting education for the NICU.  I am interested in workshops,
on-line CEUs or books. I did get the book recommended recently -
Pediatric Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies.  I currently work with
adults and I will need to learn how to do the MBSS for this age group.
I also found out yesterday that the unit is opening in 5 weeks.  If
anyone has policies and procedures and/or competencies that they would
share, I would be very grateful. I have found this list serve to be very
informative and extremely helpful.
