[Dysphagia] NOMS

Dear Sheri,
I tried to implement NOMS in the small acute care hospital I work at. I became immediately frustrated - like the line from the Wizard of Oz by Dorothy: "Oh my! People come and go so quickly around here!" I didn't feel my input was of any significance since after the evaluation I rarely see patients for more than one revisit. (Not my choice but they either got better and consequently were discharged or got worse due to other co-morbidities and were no longer appropriate candidates for follow-up). Sorry!
