Subject: [Dysphagia] Sleep Apnea

I received the following email from a colleague:

I have a question for you. I have a friend who was recently diagnosed
w/sleep apnea and she asked me if there were exercises that she could do
to strengthen her neck/throat muscles? I've been out of the rehab/adult
setting for quite a while and was wondering if you could help me or if
you know of someone who could? My friend and I would certainly
appreciate it.

Thoughts, suggestions, ideas?

Thanks!
