***Even if this were possible -  extremely doubtful- one would have to have a 
very clear idea of the  cause of these impairments - sensory, motor, mixed 
-and there does not  seem to be an obvious association with his esophageal  
dysfunction.



Irene, I understand all that and really  appreciate all your 
comments.........I'm still waiting for his records and  the reports from his 3 
MBS's.............but my original question was not  about this particular pt but was a 
general question re: what data is  available about frequency of treatment/practice?  
Do we really know  how much "homework" we should be expecting/demanding of 
our pts to see  results?  The hospital slp had him practicing 
6x/day...........at  what point does the law of diminishing returns kick  in?
