*** Sounds like an esophageal obstruction - the OJ and ice cream apparently "liquid" to pass through.

appears he was being treated for reduced  BOT and reduced hyolaryngeal  elevation."

***Even if this were possible - extremely doubtful- one would have to have a very clear idea of the cause of these impairments - sensory, motor, mixed -and there does not seem to be an obvious association with his esophageal dysfunction.
