The 'Slick Diet' recipe you are referring to I believe came out of
Portland, Oregon Purpose is to lubricate the esophageal lining to
assist in smooth passage thru esoph. Works well w/ people w/ scarred
down esoph lining.
				    Jello Compound : 2 - 4 cups jello

								ADD 1/4
cup cool Liq per cup (or
1/2 cup cool liquid to 2 cups)
								MIX up
and place in Fridge

Pt. eats jello in 1:1 ratio to
their reg. food ( 1 bite food/
1 bite jello)

Hope that this is helpful I liked the one in the e-mail below
too.

Hi Kimberly

This recipe may be helpful, though I'm not sure if it's exactly what
you're after.

Hi All,

I'm hoping that someone can guide me to the recipe for the slick diet
consisting of Jell-O that is allowed to solidify and then has extra
juice or water added to it causing the Jell-O to become very slick. I
know that it use to be in the comprehensive manual for deep pharyngeal
neuromuscular stim (DPNs). Any guidance would be greatly appreaciated.
  Kimberly
