[Dysphagia] Dysphagia Screening

Hi Eric,
Wow, thanks for your prompt reply.  Our ED screen is for the sole purpose of medication administration and the one on the floor is more of a traditional screen.  My opinion is that this is crazy and fraught with potential problems, confusion etc...  I will approach cautiously with my opinion, but is anyone aware of similar situations?

Are the screens in ED and on the floors the same?  We also have two seperate screens and this seems very confusing.  Of course, I had no idea two existed until recently and am trying to sort all of this out prior to JCAHO recortification for our stroke center....
