The Conference will be held at Saint Joseph?s Health Community Center 1000 Carondelet Drive, Kansas City MO.
 
Please register now as space is limited. The registration deadline is March 30, 2006.  Registration costs include snacks, continental breakfast and a hot lunch on Saturday.

Late Registration fee - an additional $10 (for registrations received after March 30, 2006)
