[Dysphagia] Off topic--looking for neurologist in Las Vegas area

I am looking for a neurologist in the Las Vegas area who specializes in motor tic disorders, such as Tourette's.  I would be happy with the name of one who is a good diagnostician.  A young lady who grew up with my daughter as been struggling with uncontrolled speech and extremity movements for about 7 years.  She has been to multiple physicians.  She saw a neurologist about 2 years ago who told her she has a "overactive nervous system."  No, I'm not joking!  She is a beautiful 23 year old who is ready to isolate herself from society due to the movements and difficulty speaking.  I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
