[Dysphagia] 3 oz water test

Hi,

Our hospital is trying to get some information on the Burke dysphagia protocol (i.e. 3 oz water test). 

Does anyone know of any references regarding the instructions of the test. There is some confusion whether to give all 3oz at once or in let the patient drink as they normally would. 

Any information would be useful.
