[Dysphagia] Not receiving digest mailings and query about nutritional supplements
At my (acute care) hospital I treat those drinks as thin liquids. Some
of our nurses and patients think they are thicker, but I classify them
as thin for my purposes. We also have a pudding form of Ensure
(Nutrisure pudding) that we give to people who have trouble with thin
liquids. (We also have pts on sub-Q or IV fluids as well as providing
water freely).
