Another source of vision simulators is Fork in the Road.  I like those because you can get "two eyes" with the same visual condition.  With Zimmerman and Daas you only get one lense for each visual acuity, so you can't simulate both eyes with 20/200 for instance.  Their website is http://www.lowvisionsimulators.com/
