Absolutely correct.

It is incumbent upon VitalStim to report its efficacy and that of all its
recommendations. All too often in our disciplines people propose management
strategies (remember DPNS?) without doing the necessary science. Until our
discipline understands science and pays more than lip service to evidence
based practice we will see treatment strategies proposed that lack the
validity and reliabiliy necessary for reasonable discussion.

Propose an idea - Yes! But back it up with some research so that we can
ascertain if it is worthy of trial and further discussion. Don't complain if
we reject a treatment because there is no underlying science but only the
auther saying the treatment works. To better understand, reread the history
of Lysenko.
