[Dysphagia] audible swallow

Hi all,
Just evaluated pt today (clinical eval + MBS) with quite significant audible gulping during swallow.
MBS showed some minor abnormalities during pharyngeal swallow (mild delay in trigger, small amount of
residue) but primary problem appeared to be esophageal stricture (mid-distal region) with significant
dilation of esophagus above/below stricture and substantial backflow within esophagus. Perhaps
increased effort during swallow is occasionally related to some referred sensation from esophagus?
