I have just learned that Catriona Steele PhD is presenting her 'Best Practice and Conduct in Videofluoroscopic Evaluation of Swallowing Workshop' on Feb 2 & 3 2006 in Toronto.
I attended this conferece this summer in Vancouver and I want you to know that it was one of the best.. if not - THE - best Conference that I have ever been to! 
Dr. Steele is an excellent speaker, she's approachable and easy to interact with. The material was current and clearly relevant to our day to day practice. 
I highly recommend attending!

P.S. Toronto should be fun too!
