[Dysphagia] dysphagia therapy for COPD



It depends what the cause of the aspiration is.  COPD
itself would not likely cause muscle weakness, but
co-morbidities might.  You might need to dig deeper
into why the person is aspirating before considering a
trial of therapy/oral-motor exercises.
