[Dysphagia] emergency

I work in the U.S. in a residential facility for adults who have
developmental disabilities. We have twelve therapists who work with
swallowing disorders on campus. We are just now formalizing how we can
provide coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One person carries a pager,
and is the contact person for all the buildings on campus, at any time. She
then calls the therapist who works in the building where there is a need.
If that therapist is not available, that therapist will have a backup person
assigned, who will then address the problem.
