Partik et al. were researching patients who had long term intubation and were 
not specifically evaluating whether gastromiro were "better."  But they did 
use gastromiro FIRST, and then IF the patient aspirated, they switched to 
barium sulfate.  (See page 2, column 1.  It's great when one can download free full 
text!)
