[Dysphagia] adaptive cups to control bolus size

Hello all,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good adaptive
cup that limits bolus size?   I have a patient for
whom I have recommended such a cup.  After a trial
with the Provale cup, it worked well, but his wife
didn't feel she would be able to clean the Provale cup
well enough because of the design of the cup.  So she
didn't want to get it.  I next suggested the Millicup,
but after some attempts to purchase it, it appears
that the Millcup has been discontinued.  Anyone know
of any other good cups that control bolus size?
