[Dysphagia] Pediatric Positioning chairs for VFSS

We are in the process of purchasing a new Hausted videoimaging chair and are planning to include in the purchase the Pediatric Positioning chairs. However, there seems to be quite a bit of overlap, with the largest chair appropriate for children up to 60" tall. I would think that a child that tall could be positioned in the chair without the adapter, possibly with some pillows for width. Below are the three sizes of pediatric chairs and height requirements. I'd appreciate any feedback on use of these positioning chairs and which sizes would be most necessary.
SA063600 - Pediatric positioner
Dimensions: overall height - 21"; outside width - 10.5"; inside depth - 8"; inner width - 7.75"; inner height - 18". This positioner can be used for children up to 36" tall
SA063700 - Pediatric positioner
Dimensions: overall height - 27"; outside width - 14"; inside depth - 9.5"; inner width - 9"; inner height - 23". This positioner can be used for children up to 48" tall
SA063800 - Pediatric positioner
Dimensions: overall height - 34"; outside width - 17"; inside depth - 13.25"; inner width - 12.5"; inner height - 29". This positioner can be used for children up to 60" tall
