[Dysphagia] outpatient dysphagia therapy

I work at a smaller local hospital and I get the food I need from the dietary dept. I just let them know what I need a ahead of time so they have time to put it together. Do you work at a priviate outpatient clinic?

I have a question for outpatient SLPs:

How do you obtain the food/drinks used for p.o. trials
with your dysphagia patients? Do you have them bring
in food from home? Does your clinic provide the food?

Just curious. When I worked in a SNF this was never
an issue!

Thanks in advance,

Sandi
