*** If she is indeed at the end of life as seems apparent, this is the only and best management decision.  To do anything else is futile and frustrating for everyone. Enteral feeding would be of more harm than help and she doesn't want it anyway. The only thing to be done at this stage is to offer favorite foods/liquids that she wants to try and do no more.
