Dear All

Just to say thanks for the flood of advice - when will my learning curve ease
off??

I'm up to my ears in my other job and won't get back to the clinical for a few
days but wanted to let you know I appreciate ALL your advice/questions.

For those interested:

No dementia. No cognitive decline.

I've already asked for:
full meds list
full ENT report from last Ax - not sent so far
oesophagoscopy report also not sent - acknowledging that a good number are -ve
on endoscopy.

Really I do feel that meds +/-reflux will be big things here.

Jeez - xerostomia never thought to investigate that further!! The lady just
reported no problems there when we discussed it.

I promise to update you!

Thanks again

Paula
