That's pretty much identical to our policy, although we don't do MBSs
because radiology doesn't do non-emergent fluoroscopy procedures on the
weekends.

We have SLP on-call on weekends for swallowing evaluations.  The 
on-call SLP can be paged on Saturdays 8:00 - 2:00 and on Sundays 8:00 - 
1:00.  Evaluations are for new patients primarily, or those with a 
decline in status.  We don't come in on weekends to evaluate for diet 
upgrades in current patients who are already on PO diets which they are 
tolerating.  VFSS's are available if necessary, though scheduling with 
the radiologist can be tricky since he/she may be busy with new trauma 
patients, etc.
