The American Parkinson's Association has a very pamphlet on speech and swallowing disorders associated with parkinsonism.

I am looking for some information to provide to a family regarding
the progression of Parkinson's disease and the impact on swallowing
in particular (especially toward the end of life). I want to provide
something in clear and simple writing that would be in addition to
direct education to the family. Any suggestions?
