[Dysphagia] Re Bolus Driving Force

Thanks for tongue base exercises. Yes that is what we are doing as well 
as manouevres during the swallowing ie effirtful swallow. THR= total 
hip replacement and not GA means she idnt have a general anaesthetic 
for the surgery so I am presuming was therefore not intubated. I cannot 
fathom a cause for such a seevere disturbance manifesting itself in 
isolation like this. Thanks Aviva
