Liza, thanks for your response. I am fully aware of the HIPPA regulations.
What I have not encountered in any other facility is a situation such as this
where people who are directly responsible for providing food and liquid to
residents cannot have the information they need to do so in a safe manner.What
I was wondering was if this has come up in other facilities and how it is
being handled.
