There is an ASHA position paper that was published last year on the role of

We are trying to structure our NNICU program in our county hospital where we
serve a large number of babies. I am wanting to talk with other SLPs who
are practicing in the NNICU in regards to productivity, role on the team,
etc. If you are willing to discuss, please feel free to reply directly to
me so that I can send you a list of questions. Thanks to anyone that can
provide any assistance.
