[Dysphagia] Manofluorography Test?

Hi,

 

A colleague of mine has been asked to assess a patient with cervical
osteophytes who experiences pain with swallowing.  She was also queried
about doing a manofluorography test, which neither of us has ever heard of.
Has anyone heard about this test and what it is?  (Not sure if we were given
the right spelling either...possible that it might be "monofluorography").
