I will reply in more detail to the rest of your message when I have the time, over the weekend but, this is the point at which I must protest. I have NEVER refused to help or give information to anyone who asks and I believe, honestly, that I have given freely of my experience and knowledge to this list serve for several years. I am deeply hurt that anyone would believe and say that I withhold information that could be of assistance to clinicians and, more importantly, to their patients.How many of your identified "experts" can say the same? And, how many currently or in recent years, work clinically with all types and ages of patient?
