Hilda,

I'm assuming from your message that you are looking for the "bottle straws" 
that insert into an infant nipple and allow a baby to suck from a bottle with a 
more upright positioning.    They are getting harder to find and almost 
impossible to locate in regular baby stores.

There's an online baby company called Netkidswear.com that carries the more 
traditional bottle straw.   You'll find them at:

There is also a very interesting straw/bottle arrangement called a Pacifeeder 
that I've used with a couple of kids that also works well if the baby has a 
pretty good initial suck.   It has a mechanism that keeps the fluid in the 
straw and nipple between sucks which means that the child doesn't have to keep 
drawing liquid and air into the straw. . .   There are some good descriptions and
