I have misplaced my copy of the FEES demo video that Susan Langmore 
produced several years ago.  I know I purchased my original copy from 
her institution but haven't had any luck getting in contact with her.  
Does anyone know if this video is still available for purchase and if 
so, if Susan is still the distributor and how to contact her?  In the 
event that the video is "out of print", I'd appreciate suggestions for 
alternative resources.  Thanks in advance!  Heather
