It's like a heart pacemaker for the GI tract. Currently being studied
for gastroparesis and obesity with preliminary good results for both.
Easily placed it could help many of our "lump in the throat" people
who have poor esophageal motility. Has been shown to dramatically
reduce hospitalizations for diabetics with gastroparesis.
