[DYSPHAGIA] Endoscopic sheaths

I have just returned from FEES training at University of Florida with Drs. Michael Crary and Giselle Mann.  The sheaths that we used there were distributed by:

Their brochure indicates that they supply sheaths for Pentax, Olympus, Vision Sciences, and Machida.
