Look at "Swallow Management in Patients on an Acute Stroke Pathway: Quality is Cost Effective" by Odderson, Keaton, and McKenna.  Arch Phys Med Rehabil 1995; 76:1130-3.
While there is not a 1:1 answer to your question, there is enough information on CVA, dysphagia, and aspiration with stroke, to make some educated inferences.
