[DYSPHAGIA] Ins co pay for formulas?

Contact the formula co. , as they should be able to help.. Be sure there is a 
script from
the peditrician as well.  It must indicate that G tube is primary means of 
nutrition. 
Also, have the family contact their state insurance dept.  They must file a 
complaint!!
