[DYSPHAGIA] Ins co pay for formulas?

I'm in New York state. We have not had problems as far as I know with
prescriptions written by physicians with statement of medical necessity. We
have gotten coverage for Pediasure and similar formulas for children who take
them orally for meeting major nutrition needs, in addition to children on GT
feeds. Maybe we have just been fortunate, but our dietitian and physician in
our Feeding Team are the leaders in this type request.
