[DYSPHAGIA] Haustead MBS chair caution

I have received several comments from folks on the dysphagia listserve
saying to be cautious when using the Haustead chair.  1. Be cautious when
rotating the chair from lateral to A-P view as the patient can be crushed
2.  Never leave the person unattended as the chair if even slightly
reclined can slowly recline on it's own  3. The chair is top heavy and can
tip over, again don't leave people unattended when seated in this system.
4. Don't recline the back unless the chair is in the non-transport mode.  I
understand that the company is sending out new instructions and some
stickers to make the warnings more clear as staff use the chair.
