[DYSPHAGIA] thickeners and dehydration...help!



We have a new thickener on the market in our area--made of Xantham
Gum--called "Simplythick".  We do not have much data on it yet as our
research is on-going.  There are some products, I believe from Resource
which have a high percentage of hydration per serving.  Good Luck!  Mary
