    I agree with Gerry.  I was appalled to learn that most of the younger 
therapists in my department don't have an individual policy;  I have never 
been without it.  Yes, your employer can turn around and sue you.  Try 
Seabury and Smith, based in Chicago.  Professional associations usually have 
recommendations as well.
