[DYSPHAGIA] Evals

I was wondering, and I know we have discussed this before - but how many of
you have the time to do a full "thorough" oral-motor eval before doing po
trials. In this healthcare environment, I am lucky if I have enough time to
shove some ice-chips and applesauce down a patients throat. Oh wait - don't
get bent out of shape here and everyone start emailing me about my bedside
manner - I don't REALLY shove it down throats - I was using that as a way to
explain how pressed we are for time!
