[DYSPHAGIA] Fossamax
Absolutely! It's vicious on the gut. Must be taken
very carefully,always with water etc.
Its major adverse effects, in order are:
Abdominal pain,dysphagia, esophageal pain or
irritation, heartburn.
Because of this it must be taken with plenty of
water,at least 30 minutes before the first food of the
day to get it through the stomach fast.
For these reasons, many can't tolerate it.
